Tabuk pharmaceutical company in Sudan has stopped about 65 employer and worker in different department of the company from Tuesday June 2.
The company issued decision prevent workers from entering the company after they announced strike.
The strike because the company didn’t response thier demands which concern on improve salary according to economic situation and inflation.
The workers also demand manager and observer to deal with workers in respect way and hear to thier problems.
The workers request the high manager to give them dismissed letters from work, commit to implement the agreement that signed between representatives of managers and Commissioner committee of workers which recomended to stop strike and rejoin work.
The representative of workers committee, Raad Ali, stated to press that manager of the company surprised them in second day and denied the agreement and made condition to workers for signing new pledge which is wrong on rights of the workers.
Ali confirmed that the workers will practice thier right and will never get back.
Ali disclosed that the Sudanese Professionals Association mediated between workers and the company to solve problems.
