The U.S. Government on Thursday through USAID donated studio and information technology equipment to the Sudan Radio and TV General Corporation.
The United state government stated that its donation came as parts of thier commitment to improve media and journalism across Sudan.
Acting U.S. Chargé d’Affaires Ellen Thorburn presented the equipment to Minister of Culture and Information Faisal Saleh and Director of Sudan Radio and TV General Corporation Lukman Ahmed.
The statement notified that The donation is part of $356.2 million the U.S. Government committed at the Sudan Partnership Conference on June 25 to support Sudan’s democratic transition.
