The new elected Sudanese Professionals Association (SPA) FACTION and Sudan People’s Association Movement north (SPLM-N) head by Abdul-Aziz Al-Hilu, have signed political agreement.
The tow sides declared signing of political agreement in Juba the capital South Sudan.
According to statement published by media the agreement said the citizenship should be the base for rights and duties without discrimination, the people would be the source of powers and realize democracy and law of governance.
The statement also approved that Sudan is independent civil state, democratic and decentralized stands on separate the region from state to grantee the freedom of region activity.
The agreement between SPLM-N Alhilu and SPA called to protect the freedom of believes, freedom of worship, region activity cancel all law that based on regional thought by returning to 1974 law until agree on permanent constitution.

The declaration went further and called for restructuring the army and another forces to make national forces acting its role according to constitution and protect the state from foreign threats.
Alhilu said he support the transferring of peace file from the Sovereign Council to the cabinet and renewed the total rejuction of the constitutional conference as mechanism for elaborating the constitution.
On Saturday The SPA announced withdrawal from all level of structure of Forces for Freedom and Change ( FFC ), the SPA said its decided to withdrawal from the structure of the FFC in current situation.
The SPA who led the led the revolution against outset regime of Albashir divided into two groups after electing new secretary.
Six out of eighteen bodies announced rejecting the election at 10 of may, but the elected secretary decided to suspends the six bodies.
According to media sources the original SPA said in statement that it will stay as leading member in the FFC and represents on all level structure and support all institution of the transitional government.

The original SPA includes, central doctors committee, Democratic Alliance for Lawyers, Meteorological professionals association, Sudanese engineering association, Sudanese human resource professionals association and Executive Committee of Sudanese environmentalists association.
The bodies which support new elected secretariat are Veterinarians Association, Sudan Medical Association legitimacy, Sudanese Journalists Network, but the teachers committee and central committee for medical laboratories, health officer association and universities professors association are stay in neutral. Analyists warned that such steps will encourage more bodies to follow footsteps of SPA yet the situation is so mysterious as it requires more unification to face the challenges lie ahead. Others say it is the right decision on the right track and will pave the way for on Peace process in Juba.
