The Egyptian Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli arrived on Saturday on a one-day visit to Sudan.Prime Minister Abdalla Hamdouk along with a number of Sudanese ministers received Madbouli at the airport.
A session of talks will be held shortly grouping the delegations of the two countries.
Madbouly was accompanied by a high-level delegation, deafening the ministers of electricity and renewable energy, water resources and irrigation, health and population, trade and industry, and a number of officials of the concerned authorities to discuss a number of files and issues of common interest between the two countries, including the issue of the Renaissance Dam.
The Egyptian and Sudanese sides will hold, headed by the prime ministers of both countries, an expanded session of consultations dealing with aspects of cooperation in various fields.
During the visit, Madbouly is scheduled to meet with leaders of the Sudanese Sovereignty Council
