Sudan’s Prime Minister Abdullah Hamdok issued Tuesday a decision relieving the governor of Kassala, Saleh Mohamed Saleh Ammar, who was appointed among the civilian governors during the last period.
The Wali (Governor) of Kassala, Saleh Ammar, has earlier proposed an initiative to achieve peace and social coexistence in eastern Sudan “as a result of recent violence in the region and the importance of social coexistence.”
