SUDAN , CHINA SIGN SLAUGHTER HOUSE PROJECT TO USD 72 MILLION

The Sudanese acting Minster of Finance and Economic Planning has commended Thursday 10 December the long term Sino-Sudanese relation in ceremony of signing the implementation agreement for the China-Aid slaughter house.
The Acting Minster of Finance and Economic Planning Heba Mohamed Ali said at signing ceremony for implementation agreement for China-Aid slaughter House project that the project will provide around production of 3500 heads of cow , sheep and goat . Within production capacity of 500 heads of cows and 3000 heads of sheet and goats The slaugher house will be funded by full grant from Chinese government of 4,5807 yuan Equivalent to 70 million US dollar within frame work of the teacnical cooperation agreement between the two countries ” said Heba
On is part Chinese Ambassador to Sudan, Ma Xinmin said that China hope that this project will be conductive to enhancing the added value and export of Sudanese livestock products .
China also expect this project to stimulate the development of upstream and downstream sector in Sudan Ranging from forage grass growing and livestock breading On the upstream side to the process packaging Cold chain delivery and storage of meat products on the downstream side “ added Mxinmin
In March 2017 , the Chinese government granted official approval for providing aid to Sudan in constructing well equipped modern slaughter house .
