Sudanese journalist, Musab Mohammed Sharif who caught COVID-19 two weeks ago said that he while battling suffered from severe symptoms of the disease represented by pains in the muscles a matter that made him unable to sleep for three successive nights, adding that the situation could have been bet ter if there was rapid response from the authorities concerned.
Sharif wished quick recovery for all those who are battling COVID-19 before they can come into contact with other people.
He revealed to Khartoum Today that he will lead an initiative to help those who caught COVID-19 to help them during their struggle, adding that the blessing of health cannot be compared to any other blessing. He affirmed that he learnt a lot and discovered many things during his struggle with his illness on top of which is practicing patience in the midst of a painful journey.
Ir is worth noting that Sharif was one of the first journalists who caught COVID-19 along with his daughter who was infected. They suffered t delay of the arrival of the epidemics team for the check up.
