The Chairman of Sudan People’s Liberation Movement-North (SPLM-N), Malik Agar, stressed on reiterating the demand of self governance for two areas (South Kordofan – Blue Nile), adding that no agreent without self governance.
Agar posted in his Facebook page that the negotiations delegation will never accept non-constitutional power, notify the self governance aren’t new demand, adding that it discussed in all negotiations sessions at Nifasha.
Agar said the two areas has been applyin self governance and ruled under Chapter (1-5, 1-4) according to Nifasha agreement
