The Supreme Committee for Health Emergencies in Sudan decided on Sunday to extend the current curfew until the seventh of next July, to start returning to work s from the “8th of July” by reducing the hours of the ban from 06:00 PM until 06:00 AM
The committee said that it “does not encourage” the gathering on June 30, because the health conditions that prevent the matter are not fulfilled.
“The committee is showing its understanding of the importance of the anniversary this day,” said acting Chairman of the committee Siddig Tawer.
He also affirmed that the return of those stranded abroad would be completed within a week, and indicated in its statement that many of them had returned on trips from a number of countries during the past days.
