President of the special court of 30th June 1989 coup accused, Judge of the Supreme Court, Isam Addeen Mohammed Ibrahim addressed Kober Prison Administration to notify and bring the accused before him on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in the Judiciary and Legal Sciences in Khartoum.
The judge forwarded the list of the accused to appear before him which included 17 accused including, among others, Yusuf Abdul Fattah, Nafie Ali Nafie, Ali El-Haj, Omer Hassan Al-Bashir, Ali Osman Mohammed Taha and Ibrahim Mohammed Al-Sinousi.
The Judge said in his letter to the prison’s administration, a copy of which has been obtained by Awal Al-Nahar news platform that he received criminal communication under articles (96) A and G (78) of penal code of 1 983 read with article (54A0 of Armed Forces of 1986.
