The Supreme committee for health emergency, stated that the number of effected people by COVID 19 are increased, indicating that illigal movement between states are causing the increase of cases.
The Supreme committee for health emergency stressed that its too early for talking about decrease of the pendamic, pointing out that they may take hard procedures to control the pendamic, affirming that the movement from Khartoum to states and vice-versa are stopped accept the people who had license.
The committee has listened to the reports, recommendation of the different ministries and its preparation to continue its work.
The committee also listened to the reports of the high education ministry, ministry of education, ministry of transportation and infrastructure and concerning ministries.
The committee also briefed on the situation of national laboratory and its problems that concern with COVID 19 examination.
according to reports the committee observed the increasing of cases at Khartoum and states, Khartoum still recording highest number for affected people (more than 8000) cases, the committee also stated that it observed that people didn’t applying the health procedures that may protect them from COVID19 in different places.
The committee also added that it may take much more difficult procedures to control the pendamic and called people to take the issue seriously.
