The joint forces (police – military – Rapid forces and support – general intelligence) in Portsudan state arrest 85 person for participating in the tribal violence at the state between Nuba and bin Amir.
The Portsudan lately witnessed tribal violence which made 32 death, 98 injured from two sides and joint forces.
The interior Ministry stated Wednesday that the the authority decided announce the curfew in the state and increase the spread of the security forces in the city after the tribal clashes.
The statmen of the interior ministry mentioned that the government sent additional joint security forces from Khartoum to the portsudan city which located at the west Bank of red sea in the eastern part of Sudan.
Wednesday the Transitional Prime Minster, Dr. Abdulla Hamdouk, , gave directives for strengthening security presence by sending central reserve troops to the Red Sea State following the recent incidents, in the state that killed a number of citizens.
According to ifficila press office of the PM Dr. Hamdouk directed the authorities concerned to set up a committee including the Defense and Security Council, to address the political crisis in Kassala to present its recommendations on Thursday besides, working out a concept for the political crisis in Eastern Sudan.
He assured the decision taken by the Governor of the Red Sea State which declared a comprehensive curfew in Port Sudan City.
The official speaker of the governmwnt Faisal Mohamed Salih, said the Minister of Local Government, Dr. Yousef Adam Al-Dhai has presented a report on the continuous contacts with the governor of the Red Sea State and the measures taken , in this connection, including the declaration of the comprehensive curfew on Port Sudan.
He said the Cabinet assured the necessity for establishment of Commission for East Sudan to work for development issues, stability, social peace and the provision of basic services or the citizens.
it would be mentioned that a representatives from two sides of conflict were signed a reconciliation agreement in last September.
In related development the Sudanese Ministry of Interior has announced 32 dead and 98 injured in the Port Sudan incedents , including members of the regular forces since the outbreak of the violence in the city.
