The head of the southern mediation team, Tut Gatluak, which was held on Friday at the negotiations headquarters in Juba, announced the mediation decision to freeze negotiations between the Sudanese government and the SPLM-North led by Abdulaziz Adam Al-Hilu, indicating that the mediation team and the movement’s leadership will be consulted regarding the resumption of negotiations later, indicating that the negotiating delegation of the movement will remain present. In Juba Tut also confirmed the continuation of negotiations in all other tracks in order to reach a comprehensive peace agreement in Sudan.
