STAY WELL SYMBOL OF TOLERANCE IMAM AL-MAHDI

The social media and press outlets are overwhelmed these days with prayers to Allah Almighty for quick recovery to Imam Al-Sadiq Al-Mahdi, the leader of the National Umma Party.

In this regard we can compare Al-Mahdi to late South African icon, Nelson Mandela who was quoted as saying: “There will be life after Mandela. On my last day I want to know that those who remain behind will say: The man who lies here has done his duty for his country and his people.”
Al-Mahdi overcame his personal bitterness and transcended his own interests through the virtue of tolerance he is enjoying.
Al-Mahdi who all of us are praying for his quick recovery is a man who shoulders the custody of old and modern Sudn with all its grudges and difficult experience. He distanced himself from dragging his feet into the sin of intolerance.
Al-Mahdi remains a radiant authority to formulate the political action.
