KH-Elfasher, preventing the coronavirus pandemic from entering the state, the acting governor of North Darfur, major general, Malik Altayeeb Khojali, has on Wednesday issued decrees on shutting down his state totally.
The decisions which except the goods, foods and humanitarian aid trucks, and fuel tankers from coming in the state ,while all kind of passengers buses or vehicles banned from getting in or out from the state till further notice.
Joint troops for emergency were set up to deal with security arrangements , as well as to execute all the directives ordered by the governor of the state and the supreme coordination committee for combating the covid19.
The troops included military troops , rapid support forces, the general intelligence service, military intelligence, and police ,have been commanded to tighten their coordination and receive reports and emergencies which will be handed daily to the governor.
To ease the economic burden on the destitute or people who live from hand to mouth , a technical committee has also been formed to handle with the negative side effects that could be left by the decisions, the committee was urged to prepare a thorough proposal for this issue.
