Sudan’s Health Ministry on Tuesday announced 100 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 778.
“Epidemiological reports of the Federal Ministry of Health have confirmed eight recoveries of these cases and four death of coronavirus in Sudan bringing the total of death to 45 and and number of recoveries has has reached 70 until Tuesday,” said the ministry in a statement.
It noted that Khartoum state has still the highest records of infection with 680 cases, Gezira 30 and North Kordofan of 23 cases
The ministry has declared a package of preventive and precautionary measures.
