The committee to dismantle the June 30 regime and restore the Public Funds announced that it will revise (200) draft decisions that will be revealed during the coming period, respectively.
The Member of the dismantling committee, Wajdi Saleh said at the press conference of the committee this evening at its headquarters that the draft decisions will include all sectors in the economic aspect and the civil service, noting that the civil service file has been hindering the state in bringing about a real democratic transition and wasting the money and time of the Sudanese people, indicating that a careful study of the file, will be presented in the coming days.
Saleh explained that there are many who accused the committee, of hindering the movement of economic development in the country through its great powers, stressing that the committee is a state institution created by the revolution.
He refuted allegations that many people were arrested by the committee, saying that the era of detention has ended and there are no detainees in the country, but there are people arrested in criminal proceedings under the laws in force in accordance with the Code of Criminal Procedure, and that the procedures are carried out by the concerned judicial institutions, indicating that the committee Do not arrest or detain, and no state institution can arrest any Sudanese citizen and that the term arrest is incorrect, especially after the revolution.
Regarding bank accounts, he said that the committee does not reveal any accounts unless there is a suspicious account in accordance with international law and procedures, and that the committee takes these measures in accordance with the law for suspects only.
