Sudan has different kinds of dishes , formed from two main items, Mullah ( water,spices,oil and meat mix)looks like sauce , and Bread or any of its replaced.
Asseeda (porridge), Kissra (dura or corn production), and Gu’ra’sa (made from wheatflour) as all belong to Bread category, which could be mixed with Mullah ofTa’galiya ( water,dried meat,okra and spices mix), Um’fit’fit( sheep’s stomach organs, spices and little water ) and Ka’wa’rei ( sheep or cattel’s hooves with spices and water production) , to be ready for eating.
