Here by, The Regional Conservative Assembly of Liberal Independent Foundation (RCA of LIF Foundation) is mainly addressing The Transitional Military Cabinet to respond, loudly requesting the above mentioned Figures to participate and kindly urging U.N. Human Rights Organization support to bring the necessary persestence , and set up that Legal Independent Civil Transitional Government (I.C.T.G.) preferably incubated and sponsored by Britain – the only Trusted Mediator – However honor will be Fulfilled, Dignity is preserved and Prestige is achieved if the below 5 Requirements are met as follows:-
1- Detain, arrest and put to Trial all of Thieves, Pirates and Smugglers of the Ousted Regime of Basher who misused our Resources, kidnapped our Wealth and violated our Human Rights in Darfur and the Tow Regions in compliance with Doha Document and Niefasha Agreement and
2- Evacuate the foreign illegal existence of over 5 million from the country; insert an alternative Currency and new shaped Identity.
3- Settling of Revolutionary Front Conflicts Resolution shall be amicably disputed in accordance with D.D.R. International Formula for similar cases.
4- Remittance of all pending Public Grievances in civil works and domestic services
5- Kindly requesting the worthy Human Aid from International Communities: U.N.D.P. and Safe the Children.
IN similar cases of ousted Bureaucratically Masonic Regimes like ours, the Alternative Ideal State of Democracy, Law Sovereignty and Substantial Constitutional Stability, Sustainable Peace and Development – according to (Ralci Foundation) theoretical vision – can only be maintained and achieved IF Justice is fulfilled, once again, the Regional Conservative Assembly of Liberal Independent Foundation (RCA of LIF Foundation) is loudly the Transitional Military Cabinet to elevate the Immunity of the imposed Civil Cabinet of the unrecognized Forces of Freedom and Change (F.F.C.) alley, declare Emergency and catastrophic, kindly requesting the worthy Human Aid from International Communities: U.N.D.P. and Safe the Children and reside that illegal Transitional Sovereignty Council, that illegal Government of (F.F.C.) and set up that Independent Civil Transitional Government (I.C.T.G.) as per the amended Constitutional Document In the absence Representatives of National Aassembly, absence Chief of Constitutional Court and without any Public Power of Attorney, for the sake of Delivery that Desired Substantial Federal Republic of SUDAN, that Ideal State of Applied Law Sovereignty and that stable Constitutional Governance.
IN fact, the 6 six Leaders of F.F.C. who imposed themselves in the Cabinet without Legitimacy of Public Referendum, without any apparent Performance Bond or Authenticity are misleading our Natives to forget the main Objectives of their Glorious Revolution of December 2018th without any transparent Vision or clear Planning Strategy! They had exposed and detained OUR natives to severe suffering, starvation, disease, traffic jam, poverty and long list of catastrophic environmental pollution. The dominant Bureaucracy of Official Information Media is behind the present conflict of yesterday, today and the endless Crises of tomorrow. Let us remember that Substantial Peace and Development can Only be achieved if Justice Fulfillment, and let us also remind that adequate social, domestic, and economical Security can Only – as well – be applied if that Justice is perfectly fulfilled, and should be in compliance with that Basic Constitutional Document.
Such humble, honest and severe efforts exerted by Our Cornered Regional Conservative Assembly of Liberal Independent Foundation(RCA of LIF Foundation) are purposely directed to remove the Name of our beloved SUDAN from the black list of Countries Incubating, sponsoring and even exporting Terrorism, afforded to free our Detained Dwellers from global isolation, Economical Ban and Release our kidnapped Wealth ($550,000,000,000)abroad stolen by the guilty, dirty hands of Pirates and Smugglers of that ousted regime of Basheer.
IN accordance with (RCA of LIF Foundation) Plan, the Skeleton, Context and Duration of that Independent Civil Transitional Government – acting as a Concrete Bridge to that Democratically Elected Government of the Federal Republic of SUDAN thereafter, upon that Public Referendum – should be Scheduled at a Period not exceeding 300 days – provided that 100 days preparation Period for that perfect, transparent and ideal Election, apparently watched Locally and Globally observed – Bimashiat Allah – shall be based and erected on that Regional Proportional Representation Formula that stands upon the 2 : 9 ratio that maintain the dwellers of Red Sea region, Darfur, Jazeera, Kordofan, River Nile, White Nile, Blue Nile, Eastern and Northern Regions – provided those tow 2 regions preserved for the Central region of Khartoum to select their own Qualified 99 Independent Representatives to Participate in the due (I.C.T.G.) thereafter.
According to (Ralci Foundation) plan, The Architectural Shape, Infrastructure, Skeleton and Context of that required Independent Civil Transitional Government, which meet the Worthily Acceptance and Recognition of National and International Communities, upon that Public Referendum and Regional Proportional Representation Formula, should be as here under:
1- The Minister of Justice, Chief of National Supreme Court, Attorney General, Commissionaire of Accountability and Corruption Safeguards and Chief of Constitutional Court, shall be nominated by their Staff, and shall be raised to that experienced trusted Prime Minister of (I.C.T.G.) for final appointment.
2- The Minister of Defense and Chief of Staff who are nominated by their Mali try Staff shall be raised to P. M. for appointment.
3- The Minister of Interior and General Police Inspector nominated by their Staff shall raised be to the P. M. of the (I. T. C. G.) for appointment.
The Rest of the other nineteen (19) Executive Ministers is merely chosen by that Experienced trusted P. M. of the Cabinet for appointment according to their Capacities as follows:
1- Ministry of Foreign Trade, Marketing and Global Cooperation.
2- Ministry of Environment, Scientific Researches and Town Planning.
3- Ministry of Treasure and Economical Planning.
4- Ministry of Exterior Foreign Affairs and Global Relations.
5- Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Local governance.
6- Ministry of Information, Culture and Heritage.
7- Ministry of Agriculture, Horticulture and Pastures.
8- Ministry of Livestock, Forestry and Land Mapping.
9- Ministry of Health and Relief Safeguard.
10- Ministry of Water Resources, Electricity and Dams.
11- Ministry of Public Civil Works and Maintenance.
12- Ministry of Industries, Measures and Specification.
13- Ministry of Education and Scientific Acknowledgement.
14- Ministry of Roads, Transports and Telecommunications.
15- Ministry of Manpower, labor and Retired Civilian Rights.
16- Ministry of Tourism and Natural Preserved Zoo.
17- Ministry of Zakat, Awqaf and Religious Affair.

- THAT Expert Deputy P.M. should be someone of equivalent C. V. to Myself, who can support that Talent Supreme P.M. other than Hamdouk to realizes together the forecasted Objectives of our Victorious Revolution, Preserve Millions of vacancies and Job opportunities, makes the life more beautiful, much easier and worthy. However, North Kordofan shall only be governed by its own True Sons! it is a Red Border.
